By accessing and placing orders through https://kmag.food, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website order customizer.
2. Ordering & Pricing
Prices for all momos (Veg Steam starting at ₹5, Paneer, Pahadi, Gravy momos) and noodles are subject to change without prior notice. All orders placed through our interactive customizer are sent to our WhatsApp contact and constitute a request to purchase, subject to availability.
3. Payment & Fulfillment
Fulfillment occurs via physical pickup or delivery within our specified delivery areas in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. Payment is collected in cash or via local UPI during order pickup/delivery.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
